Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl, whisk Large Eggs (2), mashed Banana (1), Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).

In another bowl, mix together Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (180 g), Almond Flour (60 g), Mini Dark Chocolate Chips (4 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Sea Salt (1/2 tsp), and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp).

Add the egg mixture (wet ingredients) to the oat mixture (dry ingredients) and stir.

Spread batter into an 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
