Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray an 11 x 13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Unpack and roll the Crescent Roll Dough (455 g) according to package instructions.

Line the bottom of the greased pan with rolled-up crescents.

In a large bowl, whisk Whole Milk (360 mL), Large Eggs (5), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Add in Shredded Cheese (120 g), Ham (225 g), and Jalapeño Peppers (4 Tbsp).
