Dissolve Corn Starch (1/2 tsp) in Half and Half (240 mL) then add Frozen Corn Kernels (340 g), Eggs (4), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), Salt (1/4 tsp) and Butter (1/2 stick).

Pour into a buttered 9×13 inch casserole dish. Set casserole dish in another pan of water so that water level is about 1/2 way up the top of the casserole dish.

Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
