Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C).

In a small bowl, combine Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Onion Powder (1 tsp), Ground Sage (2 tsp), Dried Rosemary (2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (2 tsp), Dried Thyme (1 tsp), Paprika (1 tsp), and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1 tsp). Stir until well mixed.

Brush Olive Oil (as needed) on Whole Turkey (1), then rub with seasoning mixture until evenly coated.

On a flat rack in a shallow roasting pan, place turkey breast-side up.
