Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) or on a cookie setting if you have it.

Using a mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the Pasteurized Egg Whites (120 g) until they are white and foamy for about 1-2 minutes.

Add Organic Cane Sugar (100 g) while beating, then add the Pure Almond Extract (1 tsp). Switch your whisk attachment to the regular paddle.

On the low setting, add Almond Flour (280 g) and Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp). Switch to using your hands if you have a hard time.

Roll each cookie into balls. Dip each cookie ball into Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each cookie gently with your fingers or the back of a spoon and place an Almonds (to taste) in center.
