Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line a sheet tray with foil.

Combine the Ground Chicken (905 g), Breadcrumbs (25 g), Eggs (2), Curry Powder (2 Tbsp), 1 tablespoon of the Plain Greek Yogurt (150 g), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp), Onion (1), Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), Salt (1 pinch), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.

Stir until well combined.

Turn it out onto the prepared tray and form it into a tight loaf.

Stir the remaining Greek Yogurt, Curry Powder (1/2 tsp), and the Zest from the Lemon (1/2) together in another bowl and spread it over the top of the loaf.
