Thaw the Puff Pastry (1 pckg). Then, on a work surface sprinkled with Granulated Sugar (100 g) place both pastry sheets.

Sprinkle with remaining Granulated Sugar (100 g). Using a rolling pin, roll the pastry sheets into 12-inch squares.

Spread the Just Jan’s® Pomegranate Fruit Spread (285 g) evenly over the top of the pastry sheets.

Working with one sheet at a time, roll up one edge to the middle of the sheet, then roll the parallel edge in the same manner until the rolls touch.

Press gently to seal roll, then wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill until firm, about 30 minutes.

Cut chilled pastry rolls with a sharp knife crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices. Place 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Keep remaining pastry well chilled.

Bake in batches for 3-4 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Using a spatula, turn, and continue baking for another 3-4 minutes.
