In large pot, heat Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) over medium heat. Add Onion (1) and Jarred Minced Garlic (1 tsp), and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add Lean Ground Beef (455 g) to pot, breaking it up into small pieces; cook until browned.

Add Taco Seasoning (1 pckg) to the meat and onion mixture, fully combining. Add Canned Black Beans (1 can), Chicken Bouillon Powder (1 packet), Canned Sweet Corn (1 can), Tomato Sauce (1 can), and Pico de Gallo (240 g) to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. For more spice, add Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp) and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
