Step 1
Remove the skin from the fully cooked
Chicken (1)
, then remove all the meat from the bones.
Step 2
Put chicken meat into a large pot, and pour a
Beer (1 can)
over the chicken until just covered.
Step 3
Bring the mixture to a low simmer and add 1/2 a jar of
Just Jan’s® Balsamic Onion Savory Spread (1/2 jar)
, 1/2 a jar of
Just Jan’s® Apricot Fruit Spread (1/2 jar)

Onion Powder (7 g)
,
Dry Mustard (7 g)
,
McCormick® Garlic Powder (6 g)
,
Cayenne Pepper (2 g)
,
Apple Cider Vinegar (30 mL)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 4
Simmer until chicken breaks down and takes on a stringy appearance. The liquid should be reduced by more than half.
Step 5
Turn up heat, and add
Yellow Mustard (15 g)
. Stir, and add
Honey (to taste)
until deisred sweetness is attained.
Step 6
Remove from heat, and serve on
Buns (to taste)
with some
Smoked Gouda (to taste)
