Add Green Cabbage (1.4 L) and Apples (500 g) to a large bowl, followed the Dried Cranberries (90 g) and Pepitas (75 g). Toss to combine.

In a separate small bowl, add Greek Yogurt (180 g), Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp), Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp), stir until thoroughly mixed with no lumps.
