Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator. The sauce will keep for up to 2 weeks when refrigerated. Stir before each use as ingredients may settle.

For longer storage, omit tomatoes and keep for up to 1 month. Freeze in ice cube trays for individual portions that last up to 3 months.
