Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Mojo Isleño keeps for up to 1 week when refrigerated. Gently heat before serving to enhance flavors. Shake or stir well before using, as ingredients may settle.

In a medium pan, heat Olive Oil (4 Tbsp) over medium heat.
