In a heavy-bottom saucepan, combine Granulated Sugar (300 g), Water (120 mL), and Salt (1/2 tsp). Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

Add grated Coconuts (160 g), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp). Cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and starts pulling away from the pan (about 15 minutes).
