Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

To a large bowl, add the Cream Cheese (225 g), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (85 g), Grated Parmesan Cheese (100 g), Mayonnaise (115 g), Sour Cream (120 g), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp). Mix until well-combined.

Into the same bowl, add the Fresh Spinach (455 g), Artichoke Hearts (2 cans), and Garlic (3 cloves). Stir until well-combined.

Place the artichoke dip mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the reserved parmesan and mozzarella over the top.

Bake for 15-25 minutes, or until the top is turning golden brown and bubbling.

Optionally, stir to fully combine the melted cheeses. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, bread, or veggie sticks.
