Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8-x-8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together Unsalted Butter (110 g), Brown Sugar (110 g), and Cane Sugar (4 Tbsp) for about 2 minutes, until light and fluffy. Beat in Large Egg (1) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together All-Purpose Flour (125 g), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp), Ground Ceylon Cinnamon (1/2 tsp), and Sea Salt (1/4 tsp). Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (130 g), Mini Marshmallows (35 g), and Graham Crackers (65 g) pieces.

Press dough evenly into prepared pan, then, if using, sprinkle extra toppings over surface and gently press them in.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until edges are golden and center is just set. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
