In a blender, add in the Avocado (1), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Lime (1), Apple Cider Vinegar (3 Tbsp), Fresh Parsley (20 g), Fresh Cilantro (5 g), Honey (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Blend until very smooth. Add in a splash of water as needed to help it blend.
