Add the Salted Cod (225 g) to a pot of boiling water. Lower heat to medium-high, cover, and cook for 45 minutes-1 hour. You want it to be falling apart.

Shred the fish.

Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (250 g) and Water (480 mL). Mix until smooth.

Add Sofrito Sauce (1 tsp) and Goya® Sazon con Culantro y Achiote (1 pckg). Stir to combine.

Add the fish and stir to incorporate.

Into a pan over high heat, add Canola Oil (120 mL). Once hot, ladle spoonfuls of the batter into the oil. Cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
