Dice Asparagus (140 g) into small pieces.

Slice Sun-Dried Tomatoes (25 g) and Prosciutto (120 mL) into thin slices.

Par-bake the 9-inch Pie Crust (1) crust for 4 minutes in a round baking dish at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl, whisk the Free Range Egg (10) together. Next, add vegetables and prosciutto.

Pour Milk (4 Tbsp) into the egg mixture, add Fontina Cheese (110 g), Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp), Salt (1 pinch), Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch). Mix well.
