step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
step 2
Grease a 12x8 inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray or butter. Meanwhile, add 3-4 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil.
step 3
Once the water is boiling, add the Free Range Egg (5) and cook for 8 minutes.
step 4
Remove and place in ice water for five minutes before peeling.
step 5
To prevent a rubbery texture, add diced eggs into a food processor and pulverize for 30 seconds.
step 6
In a large saute pan, cook Breakfast Sausage Links (455 g) over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Use a spatula to break up the sausage into smaller pieces. Drain and place to the side.
step 7
In a separate skillet, melt 4 tbsp. of Salted Butter (115 g) over medium-high heat. Add diced White Onions (160 g) and Celery (150 g). Sauté until fragrant and tender.
step 8
Melt one stick of Salted Butter (225 g) and Chicken Stock (710 mL) in a saucepan.
step 9
Combine Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Mix (340 g), Poultry Seasoning (2 Tbsp), Kosher Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), onions, celery, eggs, and sausage in a large mixing bowl.
step 10
Add all liquids into the mixture and fold into ingredients. Transfer stuffing to glass baking dish.
step 11
To achieve a crunchy coating, add a few pats of butter to the top. Bake for 30 minutes.
