Boil 4 Free Range Egg (4) for 6-8 minutes, place them in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel.

In a bowl, combine the Ground Beef (455 g) with Fresh Chives (1 tsp), Paprika (1 tsp), Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Onion Powder (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), and chopped Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp) and mix thoroughly.

Scramble the last Free Range Egg (1) and set aside.

Coat the peeled egg first in All-Purpose Flour (125 g). Spread a handful size of the meet mixture in your palm, place the lightly floured egg in the center and form a round ball.

Lightly coat the ball first in flour, then in egg and lastly in Breadcrumbs (50 g). Deep fry in 360 degree heated oil for 10 minutes. Serve hot on a bed of Lettuce (455 g).
