In a jar, or any container with a lid, add the Raw Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (45 g), Plain Yogurt (120 g), Almond Milk (160 mL), Honey (1 Tbsp), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp), Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp), and Salt (1 pinch) Put lid on, and shake to mix well.
