Cooking Instructions

Combine Raisins (145 g) and Dried Apricots (65 g) in small bowl; add enough Water (as needed) to cover.

Let stand 10 minutes or until plump.

Drain well; pat dry.

Place in food processor; add Granola (70 g), Sliced Almonds (45 g) and Almond Extract (1/2 tsp).

Pulse until finely chopped and mixture begins to stick together; stir in Sweetened Coconut Flakes (65 g).

With slightly moistened hands, roll 1 tablespoon mixture into 1-inch balls; place in paper cups.
