Cooking Instructions

Rub Chicken Breasts (2) with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Allow them to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

Preheat a grill or cast-iron skillet/grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into 1/2-inch cubes.

Slice the Cucumbers (2), cube the Cheddar Cheese (170 g), chop the Cooked Bacon (6 slices), halve the Hard-Boiled Eggs (12), rinse and chop the Iceberg Lettuce (1/2 head) and rinse the Cherry Tomatoes (300 g).

Thread the ingredients onto the bamboo skewers in desired order.
