Set your oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and coat a muffin pan with Olive Oil Cooking Spray (as needed).

In a mixing bowl, beat Large Eggs (6) with Milk (4 Tbsp) thoroughly until well blended.

Mix in Shredded Cheese (40 g), chopped Bell Peppers (85 g), Onions (4 Tbsp), Fresh Spinach (4 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp) into your egg mixture. Combine all ingredients well.

Distribute the egg muffin mixture into the prepared muffin cups, ensuring each is about 3/4 filled.
