Heat Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp) in a large pot on medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add Frozen Asian Stir-Fry Vegetable Mix (360 g) and Frozen Shelled Edamame (150 g) in pot.

Cover and steam for 5 minutes.

Once the veggies have steamed, remove the lid and push the veggies to the sides of the pan so there’s a space in the center.

Crack 4 Large Eggs (8) into the empty space in the pan, scramble them, then mix them into the veggies. Then repeat for the second batch of 4 eggs.

Add White Rice (370 g), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp) and Chinese Five Spice Powder (1 Tbsp).

Mix and serve.
