Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) or 2 Butter Balls, swirling pan to coat bottom with butter. Add beaten Land O Lakes® Large Brown Eggs (2), stirring and shaking pan to cook until just set. Transfer eggs to plate.

Return pan to heat. Melt remaining Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp) or 4 Butter Balls in pan. Add Fresh Ginger (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (1 Tbsp) and sauté 30 seconds.

Add White Rice (560 g), stirring to break up any clumps. Cook for 1 minute then add Pork (240 mL), Frozen Mixed Vegetables (285 g) and white parts of Scallions (3).

Continue cooking and stirring 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Add Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp) and cooked egg, stirring to incorporate. Sprinkle with reserved green onion. Serve with Sriracha (to taste), if desired.
