Place 1 to 2 slices of Jalapeño Pepper (1) in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, along with the freshly squeezed juice of a Lime (1/2).

Muddle and then add Silver Tequila (3 Tbsp) and Ice (to taste). Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

Strain into a copper cup filled with Ice (to taste) and top off with Ginger Beer (120 mL).

Garnish with Jalapeño Peppers (to taste), Limes (to taste) and Crystallized Ginger (to taste). Cheers!
