Cooking Instructions

step 1
In a pan over high heat add Sesame Oil (3 Tbsp) and Broccoli Florets (170 g). Stir fry for 45 seconds.
step 2
Add the Sugar Snap Peas (115 g), sliced Onion (1) and minced Garlic (2 cloves). Cook until the onions are tender.

Add the Shrimp (680 g) and stir fry for a minute until the shrimp are heated all the way through.
step 4
Add the Udon Noodles (395 g) and stir for 1-2 minutes. Next season with Ground Turmeric (2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp) and Ground Black Pepper (2 tsp). Mix well.
step 5
Garnish with Scallions (6) and serve in bowls.
