In a small pot over medium high heat, bring the Heavy Cream (480 mL), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) and Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp) to simmer. Stir frequently until all of the sugar has dissolved, then set aside and let cool.

In a bowl, whisk together the Eggs (3).

Once the cream mixture is cool, whisk the cream mixture into the bowl of egg yolks.

Place Bread (6 slices) in a dish (9 inch by 13 inch) and pour the liquid over the bread, allowing the bread to absorb all the liquid. This will take about 20 minutes. This can also be done overnight.

Preheat oven at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).

Place soaked bread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet (optional: dust with Ground Cinnamon (to taste) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
