Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).

Into a mixing bowl, add Oatmeal (120 g), Ground Cinnamon (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp), Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Honey (3 1/2 Tbsp), and Assorted Nuts (140 g). Mix until well-combined.

Spread granola on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-30 minutes, stirring every 6 minutes.

Let granola cool completely on the tray, then add Dried Cranberries (120 g). Stir to combine.
