Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

Into a casserole dish, add Salted Butter (115 g) and Elbow Macaroni (340 g). Mix until butter is melted.

Add Onion (1), Bacon (455 g), Cheddar Cheese (240 g), and Broccoli Florets (260 g). Stir until well-combined.

Add Buttermilk (420 mL), Sour Cream (240 g), Ground Black Pepper (2 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Eggs (2), and Cheddar Cheese (180 g).

Top with remaining Cheddar Cheese (120 g), Sharp Cheddar Cheese (170 g), and Breadcrumbs (100 g).

Cover with a piece of greased foil. Bake for 40 minutes.
