Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Pit and slice the Cherries (600 g) in half. Combine the cherries, Corn Starch (2 Tbsp), juice from Lemon (1), Granulated Sugar (100 g), and Salt (1 pinch) in a bowl.

Line the pie plate with the Pie Crust (1).
