Whisk together the All-Purpose Flour (250 g), Baking Powder (2 tsp) and Salt (1/2 tsp). Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the Milk (180 mL), Vegetable Oil (4 Tbsp), Egg (1), Granulated Sugar (100 g), and Pure Vanilla Extract (2 tsp).

Mix in by hand the dry ingredients just until the batter comes together. Add the Fresh Strawberries (150 g) and Rhubarb (240 mL).
