Start by shredding your Potatoes (680 g) with a food processor and placing it into a bowl. Using a cheesecloth or kitchen towel squeeze the water out and transfer to another bowl.

Add the Egg (1), Onion (1), Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Paprika (1 tsp) to the potatoes and mix thoroughly. Add some All-Purpose Flour (40 g) and mix.

Brush your waffle iron with some Cooking Oil (as needed). Place a couple of Tbsp of the batter, close, and cook.
step 4
Repeat for the rest of your batter. Serve with toppings of your choice such as sour cream and parsley.
