Step 1
To make the dressing, mix the Olive Oil (45 mL) , Balsamic Vinegar (40 mL) , Maple Syrup (10 mL) , Salt (3 g) and Ground Black Pepper (1 g) in a small bowl.
Step 2
In a large bowl, place Baby Arugula (140 g) , Fresh Basil Leaves (5 g) , and Red Onions (40 g) . Toss with just enough dressing to lightly coat - you may not need all.
Step 3
Place dressed greens onto a platter or divide onto plates. Top with Fresh Blackberries (145 g) , Goat Cheese (80 g) , a few basil leaves, toasted Slivered Almonds (25 g) and Fresh Chives (3 g) . Serve and enjoy!
