Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Place the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4)
in a 9x13-inch casserole dish and season it generously with the
Salt (3 pinches)

McCormick® Garlic Powder (3 pinches)
.
Step 3
Evenly distribute the
Cremini Mushrooms (225 g)
and
Long Grain White Rice (160 g)
over and around the chicken, then pour in the
Avocado Ranch Dressing (840 g)
and
Chicken Stock (240 mL)
. Finally, sprinkle the
Parmesan Cheese (20 g)
evenly on top.
Step 4
Bake the casserole for 1 hour, taking it out and stirring the rice every so often.
Step 5
When the casserole is done, place the
Avocados (to taste)
on top and serve immediately!
