Add the Raw Almonds (145 g), Raw Cashews (60 g), Unsalted Raw Pecans (60 g), Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (35 g), and Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp) into a food processor. Whizz until they are a rough crumb texture.

Now add in the Pitted Dates (365 g), Cacao Powder (30 g), and Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) and whizz until the dates are mixed through. Next add in the Goji Berries (45 g) and pulse for a few seconds until just mixed through.
