Heat Oil (as needed) in a pan. Add Chili Powder (1 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), Ground Turmeric (1 pinch), Ground Coriander (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Curry Leaf (1 sprig). Mix well for 5 minutes over a low flame.
