This easy, delicious Jalapeño Mac and Cheese with Scallions is made with gluten-free pasta. The hint of spice is great to balance out all that gooey cheese.

Cooking Instructions

step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Butter a large cast-iron skillet, casserole pan, or a 9x13-inch baking dish, and set it aside.
step 2
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Gluten-Free Elbow Macaroni (340 g) and cook, following the package directions, until 3 minutes shy of al dente. The pasta should still have a bite to it. Drain, and shake out all the water.
