To make the rose petal simple syrup, add the Fresh Rose Petals (25 g), Granulated Sugar (200 g), Water (240 mL), Fresh Mint Leaves (1 handful) and the juice from Lemon (1) to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Turn off heat and let roses petals steep for 12 to 24 hours before straining.

Place Rosé Wine (1 bottle), Rose Petal Simple Syrup, Elderflower Liqueur (4 Tbsp) and Fresh Rose Petals (1 Tbsp) in a large pitcher and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve over ice.
