Soak your Russet Potatoes (2) in cold water for 2 hours then cut them into the desired size for fries.

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a large bowl drizzle the cut potatoes with Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) and season with Onion Powder (2 tsp), Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), Fresh Rosemary (2 tsp), and Fresh Dill (1/2 tsp) and combine.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread out the fries. Place in the preheated oven to bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Flip the fries every 15 minutes until they are done.
