Step 1
Soak your Russet Potatoes (2) in cold water for 2 hours then cut them into the desired size for fries.
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 3
In a large bowl drizzle the cut potatoes with Olive Oil (45 mL) and season with Onion Powder (5 g) , McCormick® Garlic Powder (6 g) , Salt (5 g) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 g) , Fresh Parsley (6 g) , Fresh Rosemary (1 g) , and Fresh Dill (as needed) and combine.
Step 4
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread out the fries. Place in the preheated oven to bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Flip the fries every 15 minutes until they are done.
Step 5
Serve hot with dipping sauces of choice!
