Add the Ground Coffee (130 g) to the filter of your cold brew pitcher or french press. Then fill the pitcher with Filtered Water (960 mL) and put the filter in it, sealing the pitcher with the lid. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to brew.

Before serving the coffee, get out a blender and combine the 1% Low Fat Milk (240 mL), Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp), Sea Salt (1 pinch), and Ground Cinnamon (1 pinch). Run it for a minute until it is a nice, bubbly foam.
