In a large bowl combine the Ground Pork (455 g), Carrots (150 g), Corn Starch (1 Tbsp), Egg White (1), Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), Chili Oil (1 tsp), Granulated Garlic (1 pinch), Ground Ginger (1 pinch), Scallions (2 Tbsp), Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp), and Soy Sauce (to taste).

Lightly brush a Gyoza Wrappers (10) with water, add 1 tsp of stuffing, close the dumpling, squeeze the edges tightly together. Leave shape as is, or use fancy folding techniques. Repeat for each wrapper. Alternatively, use square wrappers.
