Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
Step 2
Whisk the All-Purpose Flour (250 g) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (45 g) , Baking Soda (7 g) , Ground Cinnamon (3 g) , and Salt (3 g) together in a bowl.
Step 3
In another large mixing bowl, stir the Dark Brown Sugar (275 g) , Canola Oil (120 mL) , and Vanilla Extract (5 mL) together thoroughly.
Step 4
Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until you have a crumbly, almost dry mixture. This is normal. Then stir in the Zucchini (1) until the batter starts to soften and become thick.
Step 5
Transfer the batter to the baking dish and make sure it is in an even layer.
Step 6
Bake the tray for about 30 minutes, until the edges just start to crisp and the center is baked through.
Step 7
Let them cool completely for an hour, then cut and serve!
