Place Chickpeas (440 g) in a food processor.

Add Tahini (3 Tbsp), Jarred Roasted Red Peppers (180 mL), Sea Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp), juice from Lemon (1), Garlic (2 cloves) and barbàra Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp).

Pulse one minute, then pause and scrape down the sides of the processor. Continue to process on low speed until smooth.

Place hummus in a bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
