Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, add the whites of the Eggs (6), Whole Eggs (2), Milk (180 mL), Water (120 mL), and Apple Cider Vinegar (4 Tbsp).

Sift the Almond Flour (180 g), Coconut Flour (60 g), Flaxseed Meal (80 g), Baking Soda (1 tsp), and Salt (1 tsp) over the top of the bowl.

Add the Psyllium Powder (25 g) and mix until everything is combined.

Pour the mixture over a baking tray lined with non-stick paper. Using your hands, shape the dough into a round ball.

Using a knife, score the top of the dough with an X shape.

Bake for 35 minutes or until its golden brown. If you tap it on top and get a hollow sound, your bread is done.

Place on top of a wire rack to let it cool down. Using a bread knife, slice to serve.
