step 1
In small pot, add Elbow Macaroni (85 g), Water (295 mL), Unsalted Butter (1 tsp), Paprika (1/8 tsp), Onion Powder (1/8 tsp), and Salt (1/8 tsp). Bring to a simmer. Mix and stir for 8 to 10 minutes, or until water is almost absorbed and evaporated.
step 2
Lower the heat between a medium to a medium-low setting. Now add Heavy Cream (175 mL), and Medium Cheddar Cheese (85 g). Mix and combine well until the cheese sauce is smooth and creamy.
step 3
On a low heat bring to a simmer and continue to stir and cook for an additional 3 minutes to thicken.
step 4
Butter a baking dish and pour the mac and cheese in. Preheat the broiler.
step 5
In a small bowl, mix Breadcrumbs (1 Tbsp) and Butter (1 tsp). Sprinkle on top of the mac and cheese with the Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 tsp).
step 6
Broil for 45 seconds or until topping is golden brown, then serve.
