Step 1

Deseed the Chili Pepper (1) .

Step 2

Thinly slice the Garlic (2 cloves) .

Step 3

Cook the Spaghetti (140 g) according to package instructions and drain.

Step 4

In a pan, heat the Olive Oil (15 mL) and sauté the garlic and the chili pepper for about 1-2 minutes.

Step 5

Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well.

Step 6

Add Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and serve with Parmesan Cheese (to taste) .
