In a large bowl add the Desiccated Coconut (300 g), Coconut Oil (240 mL) and Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp). Mix until completely combined.
step 2
Pour the mixture into a greased glass tray. Press down to compact until nice and firm.
step 3
Place the lid on and place in the fridge to set for an hour and its ready to eat. Slice into pieces and serve!
